Anna Bullinger was hired to help Peggy Nardone with appointments and some travel to the local store. However, Anna allegedly did a bit more than help Peggy, when she helped herself to $90,000 of Peggy’s money.
Peggy passed away in June and one day later Anna was deposited a check to her daughter for $90.000 from Peggy, noted as a gift. However, Anna did not stop there.
The trustee’s noticed the 90k and another 650,000 that was taken out in January of 2019. It was noted that the money was a gift for Anna’s daughter, with handwriting that was not consistent with Peggy’s.
The police tried to talk with Alexandra, but she told them that her mother asked her not to speak to the police and request an attorney.
Through the investigation, the police found that 126 check for $353,612.19 were allegedly cashed by Anna. All the signatures matched Anna’s.
Besides ripping off all this money, Anna faces the issue of not being a licensed CNA, which according to the Probable Cause Affidavit (PCA) would be required. You can read the PCA by clicking — >>> here.
