Food trucks are on the way! This Taco Tuesday Commissioners approved an ordinance allowing them in City limits. More details are available regarding Ordinance No. 2019-04. Call Neighborhood Development Services Planning Division @ 941-429-7044 option 4

They were allowed to operate within the city under a special permit, but with this vote they no longer need that permit.   They can operate freely within the city on city owned property, like the Dallas White park.  All that is need is insurance, a license to serve via a mobile truck and to pay the city $100.
