Incident Description
Field office lift station pump and check valve failed. Raw sewage spilled out of the lift station wet well on to the ground. The amount was @ 100 gallons. SOS septic was called and cleaned the spill up. They also spread lime over the whole area. The lift station was isolated and a new pump and different kind of check valve will be installed on 7/18/19. The incident was called in to the local FDEP office on 7/17/19.
